Do not edit these agreements directly. The source for these docs are in the Shared Union Google drive under Customer_Contracts/_UnionTemplateAgreements.
Edit the .docx files there if necessary using Google docs or MS Word, then export them in .html format, which will generate a zip file. Unpack the single .html file, and replace these if necessary using the git commit message to document the reason for the change.
